WOW

Well it is 2008 and that demotion was temporary. I have been back in my position now for a week. It is nice. Things are going good at work. Eyemed will be giving us a 25% increase on call volume starting tomorrow. The company we are competing for their business with is slacking. The didn't come to work on Saturday because of a snow storm (we had one today but we still worked) and then yesterday their roof was on fire. We had some fun with that one we were singing "We Didn't Start the Fire" and "The roof the roof the roof is on fire". We were still laughing about it today. We are thinking that their is a pretty good chance that we will get to keep the account. That is all the updates I have for now I will write again when there is more.
