Update on Situation
So I talked with one of my coworkers on face book and apparently the e-mail I had my roommate send from my phone didn't get sent for some reason or was never received. So that might explain the anger of my customer service manager he thought I was a no show. Which is not me at all if he looks at past history I woke up in the middle of the night because I was sick shortly after he started and so I called in right then and it was 3 am. I normally call 1 hour before I am supposed to be there or sooner if I can. During the 5 days I didn't work a week ago I called in at 5 or 5:30 most days except one day when i spent an hour in the bathroom and my phone was in the other room and I couldn't get to it until 10 min before I was supposed to be at work and I felt bad about. I sent another e-mail explaining what was going on to everyone (CEO, COO, VP of Sales and my customer service manager).
