So I have like I need to write this post for the last couple weeks as we have now passed the anniversary of the death of 2 friends and will be approaching the anniversary of the death of 2 more fiends. These 4 men touched my life in way that I will never forget and now that I have the time I am going to let you know.

Lawrence:
He was not a member of the church but he taught me a lot and helped strengthen my testimony and to see things I wouldn't let myself see. Lawrence taught me to not be ashamed of what I believe and that my faith was one of the most important things in my life. He helped to know that even if I am the only person going to church I should still go because I went to church for me not for everyone else. I think because of him I am able to go to church even if no one else in my apartment is going. He helped me to see that I do live what I believe and that the light of Christ is in my eyes. I gave Lawrence a Book of Mormon because he asked me for one I felt stupid that he had to ask me for it. He read it and knew that it was true he just felt that because Christ got baptized at 33 that we all should so he could not join any church on the earth. HE believed that Christ visited all his people after his resurrection. His faith impressed me and I loved talking religion with him and I have missed that since I came out to college but now I won't get that with him again in this life and that's ok because the Lord needed him on the other side and I like to think that he was taught by Brad and Peaches and that he has excepted the gospel he just needs someone to do the work for him, I just don't know enough about him to get someone to do it for him. Lawrence was like a father to me and his opinion of me mattered to me.

Adam-
I met Adam my freshman year of college. He always had a smile on his face and was a pleasure to be around. He could tell his love for the gospel. You couldn't help to be excited when he was talking about going on a mission. He made me laugh and it was fun joking around with him. I loved every minute that I got to hang out with him. You loved children and freshman year he said that he wanted to be a teacher and I totally could see him being an amazing teacher. He fell in love with French while on his mission and he decided that he wanted to teach french.

Brad-
I met Brad my first year living at Roman Gardens he always had a kind word to say. I don't think I ever heard him talk bad about someone and he always knew where he needed to be and when and he made sure he was there. The day he met his wife he felt that he should come over to my apartment. Roxie was there complaining about a guy and then Brad showed up and soon it was like the rest of us were not there. Brad was the kind of person that you could tell anything to and he was easy to talk and would just listen unless he needed to do more.

Peaches aka Jon-
Peaches had a laugh that you could hear from anywhere. It was annoying to those who didn't know him and loved by his friends and family. You could be in a crowded room and as soon as he would laugh you would know right where to find him. He was an amazing dancer and enjoyed dancing and being with friends. He was quick to forgive people of their faults and forgive them. He always enjoyed life and was good for a laugh when you were down.
