The Internal War Continues

So here is the latest update in my war with myself and over my job. Yesterday morning I felt that I need to give things time. This didn't necessarily mean that I was staying at Namifiers but it also didn't mean that I was leaving right away. So I was going to go in and send them an e-mail to let them know. I got in and one of my customers had e-mailed me over some POs. Needless to stay I did almost $30,000 in sales yesterday. Once things settled down from the commotion I was able to e-mail and let them know. That I am not leaving on the 15th but it didn't mean that I was necessarily staying either. With all the stress in my life since than and I seem to be crying a lot I decided to go and talk to my Bishop. I sat down and talked with him and he gave me the idea to write a letter and pretty much brag about myself and let them know why I should have gotten the position also let them know that I expect to be treated fairly if I am to stay with the company. I need to be confident but not a jerk in the letter and lay it all out on the line. He feels that I have played my card beautifully and that this is the next move I need to make. I need to let them know that I am not a rug that they can walk all over. I am going to sit down and write that letter once I have the other things I need to do for the day done so I can go into work tomorrow and just send the letter to those I think need it.
